
Sample 8-Hour Timeline with First Look
2:00 PM - Bridal detail photos (rings, shoes, bouquet, invitations, and other special details)
2:30 PM - Bridesmaids and groomsmen getting ready photos
2:45 PM - Everyone gets dressed. Once everyone is ready, we’ll step in to capture the bride’s “zipping up” and final touches.
3:00 PM - First look with the groom
3:15 PM - Bride and groom portraits (a few now, with more to be taken later in the day and after the ceremony for better lighting)
3:30 PM - Full wedding party portraits: Everyone all together, then bridesmaids + groomsmen separately + individually
4:00 PM - Immediate family portraits (parents, siblings, grandparents, etc.). These can also be done after the ceremony if needed
4:15 PM - Everyone is tucked away before the ceremony to avoid being seen by arriving guests
5:00 PM - Ceremony
5:30 PM - Ceremony ends. Immediate and/or extended family portraits follow
5:50 PM - Additional bride and groom portraits with better lighting
6:15 PM - Grand entrances
6:30 PM - Dinner and toasts
7:15 PM - First dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, and cake cutting
7:45 PM - Open dance floor photos
10:00 PM - Photography coverage ends. If a special exit is planned, we’ll capture it before concluding
